Hi, I’m James—the photographer behind Static eMotion Photography. I’m self-taught, endlessly curious, and probably happiest when there’s something interesting happening in front of my camera. My photography journey started in 2007 with senior portraits and has evolved considerably since then. Today, my work centers around events, dance, performance, and aerial arts—spaces where timing, movement, expression, and genuine connection all matter. My style is vibrant yet natural, with an emphasis on images that feel alive rather than overly staged.
